产品描述
ESP轴绝缘体用于放电电极的振打,起到旋转和隔离器的作用。
产品采用陶瓷材料C795生产,即使在高压下也能承受500ºC以上的工作温度。
轴绝缘子采用硅酸盐水泥或耐高温胶粘与铸铁法兰组装而成。为了防止端部松动和转动,设置了缓冲层,从而保证了机械强度根据工作情况,我们建议客户选择不同的材料,以确保ESP的稳定运行。建议如下:
材料C130(氧化铝>50%)工作温度:<250ºC;
材料C610(氧化铝>60%)工作温度:<350ºC;
材料C795(氧化铝>95%)工作温度:>500ºC;

 

Esp Shaft Insulators-Material C795

Product Description
The ESP Shaft Insulator  is used for the rapping of discharge electrodes, acting as the role of rotation and isolator.

Produced with the porcelain material C795, the products could withstand more than 500 ºC working temperature even under the high voltage.

The shaft insulator assembled with the cast iron flanges by Portland cement or high temperature resisting gluing. A buffer layer is put on for the purpose of preventing loosening and turning from the end so the mechanical strength is guaranteed

According to the working circumstances, we suggest our customer to choose the different material to ensure the ESP's stable running. Suggestions as following: 

    Material C130(Alumina>50%) Working temperature:<250ºC;
    Material C610(Alumina>60%) Working temperature:<350ºC;

C795 Electrostatic Precipitator Wall Through Bushings
Product Description
The wall-through bushing is used for support and isolates the place where the corona electrets bus bar gets through the ESP shell. There're two types of them according to the structure: assembled bushing and bare porcelain body.

Produced with the porcelain material C795, the products could withstand more than 500 ºC working temperature even under the high voltage.

The assembled wall-through bushing consists of porcelain body and metal accessories. These two parts are combined by Portland cementing or the thermal-resisting gluing. Elastic pad and buffer layer are used between the porcelain body and metal accessory to prevent loosening. It helps to guarantee the mechanical strengths.

According to the working circumstances, we suggest our customer to choose the different material to ensure the ESP's stable running. Suggestions as following:

Product Description
The ESP Solid-core Support Insulator is used for supporting hanged frame of discharge electrodes and also for high-voltage insulation.

Produced with the porcelain material C795, the products could withstand more than 500 ºC working temperature even under the high voltage.

The post support insulator consists of porcelain body and metal accessories. These two parts are combined by Portland cementing or the thermal-resisting gluing. Elastic pad and buffer layer are used between the porcelain body and metal accessory to prevent loosening. It helps to guarantee the mechanical strengths.
