95瓷穿墙套管瓷瓶绝缘子

静电除尘器穿墙绝缘子用于静电除尘器电晕极母线穿过静电除尘器壳体的支撑和绝缘。穿墙绝缘子按结构分为组合式和纯瓷式，又可分为有伞和无伞俩种。
静电除尘器穿墙绝缘子严格按照GB/T772-2005《高压绝缘子瓷件 技术条件》和B/T6746。3-1993《静电除尘器用瓷绝缘子》制造。穿墙绝缘子适用于工作温度不超过500℃、直流工作电压72KV～100KV，安装地点海拔高度不超过1000米的工作条件下使用。
组合式穿墙绝缘子由瓷件和金属附件用耐高温胶合剂胶装而成，瓷件法兰部位采用滚花或上砂结构，瓷件与金属附件之间垫有缓冲层，防止松动。瓷件表面施白釉或棕油，金属表面涂防锈油漆。

注：不同瓷质等级的瓷件耐温≤250℃、≤350℃、≤500℃、≤700℃、环境中使用，工作电压为72-120KV。
使用各种瓷瓶绝缘子产品时必须安装平整受力均匀，运行设备前先给瓷瓶及安装位置加热烘干12-24小时左右（保证瓷瓶及安装位置清洁干燥，不能有油污等潮湿现象，检查电压是否符合要求）才能运行设备），突然升温降温会导致温差引起瓷瓶炸裂。

The electrostatic precipitator wall insulator is used for supporting and insulating the electrostatic precipitator corona electrode bus through the electrostatic precipitator housing. According to the structure, through-wall insulators can be divided into combination type and pure porcelain type, and can also be divided into two types: with umbrella and without umbrella.
The wall insulator of electrostatic precipitator shall strictly comply with GB/T772-2005 Technical Conditions for High Voltage Insulator Porcelain Parts and B/T6746. Manufacture of Porcelain Insulators for Electrostatic Precipitators (3-1993). The through-wall insulator is suitable for use under working conditions where the working temperature does not exceed 500 ℃, the DC working voltage is 72KV to 100KV, and the altitude of the installation site does not exceed 1000m.
The combined through-wall insulator is made of porcelain and metal accessories bonded with high-temperature resistant adhesive. The flange of the porcelain is of a knurled or sanded structure, and a buffer layer is placed between the porcelain and metal accessories to prevent loosening. The surface of porcelain parts shall be coated with white glaze or brown oil, and the metal surface shall be coated with antirust paint.
Note: Porcelain parts with different porcelain grades can withstand temperatures ≤ 250 ℃, ≤ 350 ℃, ≤ 500 ℃, ≤ 700 ℃, and be used in environments with a working voltage of 72-120 KV.
When using various porcelain insulator products, it is necessary to install them smoothly and evenly under uniform stress. Before operating the equipment, heat and dry the porcelain bottle and installation location for about 12-24 hours (ensure that the porcelain bottle and installation location are clean and dry, free of moisture such as oil stains, and check whether the voltage meets the requirements) before operating the equipment. Sudden temperature rise and drop can cause the porcelain bottle to explode due to temperature differences.
