静电除尘器用拉力瓷绝缘子用于电晕极框架和静电除尘器壳体之间的连接与绝缘。静电除尘器拉力瓷绝缘子，严格按照GB772-87《高压电瓷瓷件技术条件》制造。适用于工作温度不超过250℃、直流工作电压72-90kV，安装地点海拔高度不超过1000米的工作环境。抗拉破坏负荷不低于15kN。根据其结构分组合式和纯瓷式俩种，组合式拉绝缘子是由瓷件和金属附件用高温胶合剂胶装而成。瓷件端部采用滚花或上砂结构，瓷件和金属附件之间加衬耐高温高的弹性垫，并涂有缓冲层，防止松动和拉脱，以保证其机械强度。瓷件表面施白釉，金属表面涂防锈漆。

注：不同材质等级的瓷件耐温≤250℃、环境中使用，工作电压为72-100KV

 

使用各种瓷瓶绝缘子产品时必须安装平整受力均匀，运行设备前先给瓷瓶及安装位置加热烘干12-24小时左右（保证瓷瓶及安装位置清洁干燥，不能有油污等潮湿现象，检查电压是否符合要求）才能运行设备），突然升温降温会导致温差引起瓷瓶炸裂。

 

Tension porcelain insulators for electrostatic precipitators are used for the connection and insulation between the corona electrode frame and the electrostatic precipitator housing. The tensile porcelain insulator of electrostatic precipitator is manufactured in strict accordance with GB772-87 "Technical Conditions for High Voltage Electrical Porcelain". Suitable for working environments where the working temperature does not exceed 250 ℃, the DC working voltage is 72-90kV, and the altitude of the installation site does not exceed 1000m. The tensile failure load shall not be less than 15kN. According to its structure, there are two types of composite and pure porcelain insulators. Composite tension insulators are made of porcelain and metal accessories bonded with high-temperature adhesive. The end of the porcelain piece adopts a knurled or sanded structure, and an elastic pad with high temperature resistance is lined between the porcelain piece and metal accessories, and a buffer layer is coated to prevent loosening and pulling off, to ensure its mechanical strength. The surface of porcelain parts shall be coated with white glaze, and the metal surface shall be coated with antirust paint. Note: Porcelain parts of different material grades have a temperature resistance of ≤ 250 ℃ and are used in environments with a working voltage of 72-100KV When using various porcelain insulator products, it is necessary to install them smoothly and evenly under uniform stress.
